Job Description : - Team management on a day to day basis of the IT executives to ensure internal and external IT issues are resolved - Prioritization of tickets and ensuring proper work distribution between the team - Handling escalation of issues on a case-to-case basis - Ensure network and data security is maintained across ECHO India's systems - Oversee management and tracking of all ECHO India IT equipment and coordinate with other departments as needed - Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages - Tracking progress and preparing reports for senior management - Implementing IT policy and best practices for the organisation - 7-10 years experience in IT overall - 3-4 years experience in managing IT operations and team leadership - Strong knowledge of IT best practices, security and IT operations in a corporate environment - Very good verbal and written communication skills (ref:hirist.com)
