Hiring "DSA- Channel Manager" Job description Roles and Responsibilities • Manage DSA (Direct Sales Manager) who sources loans application. • Enroll DSAs, train them for business. • Manage Monthly Business Volume and other Business Metrics through them • Monitor Daily file flow form DSAs, interact with DSA owners staff for business • Interact with credit department for approval status of files sourced by DSA. • To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & process • Manage timely turn-around of individual case-files, Monthly target delivery Skillset : • experience with a DSA / Aggregator is preferred • High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently • Ability to manage complex client situations • Banking professionals with strong understanding of credit operations are also welcome • Ability to Prevent Solve Problem ,Logical thinking • Result orientation , Initiative • Creativity and Innovation • Perseverance • Team work and cooperation • Experienced in selling unsecured loans, personal loans, credit cards or insurance products. • Knowledge about PL account, Balance sheet and business bank statements. Communication Skills : Conversant in local language and English Experience: Minimum 2 years of Industry experience.
