Excellent communication skills in verbal/writing, ability to collaborate with both customers and internal stakeholders Process Documentation and Process Map experience Flexible about work content, timings and location. Job description Dispute Analyst researches and codes deductions and disputes. Based on the findings Dispute Analyst collects the proofs of dispute validity and initiates resolving actions as appropriate and monitors the resolution process. Responds to customer queries. As required, performs additional research and collects the findings to help solving the case. The Dispute analyst provides basis insight in frequently recurring situations and identifies root causes leading those these issues As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective service. Is proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client. Proficient knowledge of one or more processes General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Codes and clears deductions Researches more complex disputes and deductions for validity Raises credits for valid queries If deduction is invalid, provides proof to support collection efforts Reconciles complicated accounts Escalates problem accounts Identifies frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifies the root cause of these issues Has good knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement Follows control and compliance regulations Has knowledge of the client’s business area they support Ensures control and compliance regulations are followed
