How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

We are hiring a Director of Digital Media & Offers Measurement analytics in India, passionate about delivering extraordinary measurement and reporting analytics passionate about making analytics more productive, scalable, and actionable for our advertising partners and internal collaborators.
This team sits at the heart of our broader analytics team, enabling performance visibility, campaign optimization, and executive decision-making through outstanding reporting, experiment and insight delivery. You will drive the modernization of our analytics tooling and processes, making measurement more real-time, self-service, and decision ready.
This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of business and media analytics, with opportunities to influence product development and scale a high performing team in one of our fastest growing regions. Core to this is stakeholder management, clear communication, and data-drive perspectives. Ideal candidates will have analytics or measurements reporting backgrounds, experience directly working with advertising or transaction data.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end measurement frameworks for digital media and card-linked offer (AmEx Offers) campaigns.
Establish standardized KPIs, benchmarks and report templates to support performance supervising across verticals and formats
Lead the evolution of campaign reporting dashboards, making insights more accessible, scalable, and automation friendly.
Identify and remove friction in the analytics delivery lifecycle, growing the speed and consistency of reporting outputs
Champion the use of modular templates, reusable code, and automation to reduce redundant work across the analytical team (leveraging GitHub repository)
Partner with AODM product teams to help provide recommendations to improve data pipelines, campaign tagging, and data quality controls
Work closely with Business Development, Customer Success and product teams to ensure measurement insights are timely, relevant, and actionable to support forecasting.
Lead and grow a high-performing team of analysts and reporting specialists. Develop a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all analytics deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years in media analytics, reporting, or performance measurement - ideally in ad tech, martech, or digital media.
Strong solid understanding of digital media KPIs, CLO campaign dynamics, and marketing measurement techniques.
Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python; experience with BI Tools (e.g. Tableau & Power BI)
Strong leadership skills and experience leading a high-output analytics or insights team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-starter, ability to drive insights from the data, provide actionable steps and drive results.
