Job title : Marketing & Sales Executive Reports to Sales Coordinator /Area Manager Job Description : - Techno Commercial Marketing Executive from Electronic Security System like CCTV cameras, Access Control System, - Home Security, Burglar Alarm, Entrance Solutions like Boom Barrier, Intruder Alarm, Security Alarm. - Candidate will promote Security business in Corporate, Industrial, Commercial and Residential. - Result-oriented person with experience in selling, field work, young energetic who wants to grow and earn well by delivering excellent performance need apply. - Contacts with the Consultant, end user, architect/PMC and different market Segment of the systems and bring business to the company. - Knowledge of IP surveillance, CCTV Camera, IP camera, Home Security/Automation, Burglar Alarm - Should posses Sales and Marketing of Security System. - Engaged with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solution and strategies. - Closing of deals and handing over of projects to Execution. - To meet Sales target and keep track of the targets on Monthly/Quarterly basis. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/personal visits and telephone. - Generate leads and increase share of business with existing customers. - Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints. - Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, Promotions and negotiations. - Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Key skills : - Build Management System | Access Control System | Intrusion Alarm System | Gate Automation - CCTV Electronic Security Project Sales | Lead Generation | Direct Sales | corporate sales | Institutional Sales | Industrial Sales Desired Candidate Profile: - Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience in Security System Sales (candidates from the field of Automation/Security Surveillance having experience in Corporate/Commercial/and Institutional shall be considered). - MBA in Marketing is a plus. - Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling. - Should have good communication and presentable skills. - Good inter-personal Skills combined with a conductive approach and the ability to present solutions to client need.
