Job Title: Digital Signature Admin
Experience: 4 – 6 Years
• Administration of a Digital Signature environment as per Standard Operation Procedures.
• User Management.
• Troubleshooting activities around Digital Signature (L1-L2).
• Technical support, also per phone.
• Report creation.
• Handling/processing of mails in regards to daily biz activities.
• Handling/processing of Incidents/Requests/Changes in regards to daily biz activities.
• Experienced in Digital Signature technologies (e.g. people should know, what a X.509 Certificates is).
• Familiar with following Digital Signature tools/solutions: DocuSign Appliances, DocuSign DTM, Bundesdruckerei sign-me, Timestamps (e.g Digistamp).
• Familiar with Advanced/Qualified Certificates.
• Experienced in PKI.
• Knowledge in Cloud solutions.
• Basic server management know how (e.g. people should know how to administer a Webserver/IIS).
• Very stringently working as per processes / following GxP regulations/guidelines.
