SUMMARY Do you have an interest in digital lead generation, data analytics, and interpreting customer insights in the online media space? We are looking for a Digital Media Buyer to manage digital acquisition for key markets in Europe - and to help us to scale and diversify our online and mobile client-media panels. You would be responsible for end-to-end digital lead generation / media buying activities across key EMEA markets, to meet various KPIs set by the business. Youll be working with set campaign budgets and be expected to source, test & manage new lead gen/acquisition channels, as well as maintain a variety of in-house and agency led event campaigns for the products Dynata has across EMEA. Products include a shopping scanning app across multiple countries of which you would recruit into. Interpretation of the audience through data, assessing campaign performance and finding solutions to complex offers would be key day-to-day activities along with working with various departments to drive our conversion recruitment decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role Utilise full budget against KPIs to on-board and manage digital lead generation / media buying activities. Youll use a multi-channel acquisition model (includes but not limited to affiliate marketing, email marketing, display, programmatic buying, SEM/SEO, social, content) to contribute to the development of online products (panels) to satisfy required volumes of joins to products. Respond to campaign performance reports and execute on the analysis to ensure positive ROI. This includes negotiating performance-based media buys with perspective partners. Actively research and on-onboard new media suppliers, by building a portfolio of performance-based recruitment source. This includes the negotiation of payout and engagement terms. Coordinate the media planning process to analyse joint cohorts and recruitment sources to bring in diversity that can be defined to the business in panel representativity. Establish a rapport with our affiliate partners network to negotiate costs, out-of-the-box thinking to achieve advertising space at the right price. Creativity to bring in new ideas and interpretations to define content goals to maximise ad exposure and targeted audiences. Tailor Programmatic, Google and social media advertising strategies to drive targeted tactics through paid search and re-targeting to increase our capacity. Analyse datasets to interpret audience behaviour, to scale both our online and mobile panels. Execute monthly financial processes related to online panel acquisition and management - monthly accrual and reconciliation reports. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Negotiation, sales, purchasing and account management experience Knowledge of web marketing techniques; Programmatic, AdWords, social media, re-targeting Strong communication skills and ability to think analytically. Expertise of affiliate tracking software such as HasOffers/Tune, Appsflyer, Google Analytics Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team Project management and online campaign management experience Solid technical ability comfortable with technology, ability to work across a variety of systems, extracting and manipulating data for reporting, analysing data for trends, pulling reports Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
