Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves Working on web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. We are looking for an analytics professional with 1-3 years of web analytics experience.

Analytics professional would be required to manage day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account
Responsible for all reports to the client- weekly, monthly & quarterly along with campaign reports from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics data
Assisting with the production of reporting and analysis for all media metrics including owned/earned media, report performance and insights on an ongoing basis
Support with the configuration, management or maintenance of analytics related products and software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Data Studio, Google Ads, DoubleClick, AWR, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Search Console, ABM products, Email Marketing analytics, Social Media marketing analytics)
Responsible for updating industry benchmarks and internal benchmarks data and competitor analysis
Responsible for delivering basic trainings to internal stakeholders
Managing project based ad-hoc requirements of the client
Ensuring seamless project delivery (accuracy & timeliness) & effective client management
Executing tasks around client servicing like proactively responding to client requests, seeking feedback etc.

Should be able to liaise with varied teams to build a relationship to understand gaps where Analytics can help
Should be passionate to analyse huge data sets and make actionable recommendations
The person will be expected to have high awareness of the business context

Good secondary research skills
Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques is a plus

Key skills

Expertise in Digital Analytics including media tagging implementation and reporting using various digital marketing tools
Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, the possible touch points throughout customer journey and how data is captured at each of these.
High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas to manipulate large data sets, macros/advanced functions)

Employee specification

Graduates/Postgraduates from good Institutes in Economics, Statistics or other Quantitative disciplines/B.Tech/MBA

1-3 years of professional experience in Marketing Communications and Analytics

Shift 7am 4pm
