Roles and Responsibilities
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system
Required to develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company HR responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software including payroll systems .
Mantaining of Employees data Probation, Confirmation and other records .
Involved in performance management and working closely with senior management within the organization.
Responsible for Proactive IR Activities in Plant Area Mfg. Unit Labour Management, Legal IR Compliance, Disciplinary Activities, Recruitment, PMS Trainings
Managing relations with Unions
Good comm skills
Following statutory compliance
Desired Candidate Profile- PGDM MBA in HR from
Candidates from Cement Industry Manufacturing industry are preferrable.
10th 12th Graduation Post Graduation-60
