SUMMARY:The agent will answer/make all incoming/ outgoing calls to customers who has showninterest in our product, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significantcustomer service problems, and provide general information. The agent will be a memberof the primary contact team for the interested customers in the products we offer throughsocial media platform and will be responsible for assisting them over the phone. Theagent will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project aprofessional company image through voice and online interactions.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emailsPitch our product (Stoxbox) information and features to the customers and onboardthe customer.
