In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers in both English and Hindi. You will serve as the first point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Hindi through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, billing inquiries, and technical support.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive problem-solving and service improvement initiatives.Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.Adhere to established performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.Qualifications:Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using computers and familiarity with customer service software and databases.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer serviceisaplus.
