Responsibilities and Duties
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Assist the customers on queries regarding their products and services via emails and calls
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customer problems and providing feedback accordingly

Qualifications and Skills
Graduate/ Post Graduate are eligible to apply. MBA or Post Graduation in Mass Communication preferred
Experienced up to 2 years are eligible
Flexible to work in night shifts/ 24*7
Male candidates required
Should have good command over the English language

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested
