To ensure completion of KYC documentation with counter parties /brokers and assistance in completion of admin / basic operational risk activities.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
Interact & follow up with the counter parties for correct completion of KYC documentation as per the checklist provided
Liase with the Operations team & counter parties/brokers to correct any discrepancies detected in the KYC documentation submitted
Prepare and submit timely status reports & other MIS related to KYC documentation
Submission of documents to counterparties with respect to DBS KYC
Getting written confirmations and monitoring for record maintenances.
Following up with staff for completion of staff assessments and declarations.
Assist in reviewing the accesses and tracking dates for admin activities and reviews.
Assist in routine operations risk and other basic admin activities
Assist in preparation of submissions to HO and compiling data/info for submissions
Expected Candidate ProfileAcademic Background:Graduate (min.)
Relevant Working Experience in number of years:
1-3 years work experience in a Bank with KYC / documentation experience and operational matters
Skills & Competencies required:
Co-ordination, MIS, Attention to detail, Error Free Operations, knowledge of KYC regulations
Smart Freshers diligent & good at co-ordination can be considered.
