Customer Relationship Officer – Accounting Compliance and Reporting

The opportunity
EY is looking for Customer Relationship Officer in ACR. The candidate will be required to manage and monitor day to day operations related to client’s engagements, possess complete knowledge of managing core Accounting, Payroll & compliance functions.
Your key responsibilities

Supporting DFSI, F&I Manager in finance and insurance business sourcing at dealership

Meeting prospect with dealer sales team
Collecting loan application documents and Field investigation of customer
Entering retail proposal in system and uploading credit documents
Coordinating with customer for credit queries
Getting contract documents signed and sending for activation
Arranging and sending physical file to HO within defined TAT
Post Disbursement Document collection such as Registration Certificate, Invoice and Insurance
Communication of special schemes and campaigns to dealer sales team
Participation in events and promotions with dealer sales team. Collecting requisite document/instrument from customer as per requirement of business.

Skills and attributes for success
Technical skills requirements:
Good knowledge on Finance and car loans
Knowledgeable on Sales.
Strong Excel, Power Point skills

Additional skills requirements:
Meeting prospect with dealer sales team
Collecting loan application documents and Field investigation of customer
Entering retail proposal in system and uploading credit documents
Coordinating with customer for credit queries
Getting contract documents signed and sending for activation
Arranging and sending physical file to HO within defined TAT

To qualify for the role you must have

Good command on written and oral communication with customer orientation
Minimum 2 years’ experience in passenger vehicle finance
Retail sales experience at Passenger Car dealership/ Auto Finance company or similar trade
Financial product knowledge and Prof efficient in MS Office and other finance tools and system.


Ideally you’ll also have

Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building with Customers.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
