Job Summary
We are currently hiring for Analyst profile for International Voice and Non-Voice Process.

eClerx is 5 Days working with any two week off/ 9hrs
Responsibilities and Duties
Resolve Customer queries and Complaints.
Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services.
Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services via CHAT or voice.
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly.
Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats.
The job responsibility majorly involves technical assistance, customer service and vendor support

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication
Understanding of web technology and cable setup
Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
