Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the After Sales Service Manager, the customer care Executive will be responsible for answering incoming calls related to service queries & complaints, call registration and online troubleshooting over the phone. You are also responsible for handling all the customers professionally according to the global standards of Sistema.bio with the central focus on customer satisfaction.
You'll be in charge of:
Respond to inbound customer queries weekly and document them.
Handle outbound customers and drive upselling.
Handle remote troubleshooting of client issues including timely escalation to relevant teams.
