What You'll Bring Key Tasks & Responsibilities Own Client Strategy as it relates to TransUnion Credit Solutions Responsible for Value Creation and creating and delivering the Value Story SME Knowledge Work with leading banking, card & payments sector clients as subject matter expert on uses of credit data across all stages of the customer lifecycle Detailed understanding of sector and your client, including their priorities, challenges and opportunities Support industry relations via production of white papers, articles and editorials, conference speaking, seminar attendance, etc. Discovery Facilitate consultative workshops & client discovery sessions develop new solutions to overcome clients critical business issues Pro-active Insight & Market Trends Prepare insightful presentations on market trends, and client portfolios to keep the client informed of their position in the market and where they might be able to make improvements. Build positive reputation as knowledgeable advisors Definition of pro-active analytics requirements and co-ordination of analytics deliveries Share industry best practice with respect to solution implementation and optimisation in conjunction with TransUnions data and solution offerings Pitches & Proposals Prepare data product and analytical solution pitches to address any identified business issues and demonstrate the value such solutions would deliver Propose solutions across data, insights (analytics) and action (process and/or technology) to solve for customer needs. Create compelling business cases, use cases & custom journeys to illustrate how TransUnion solutions can help a client achieve their business objectives Support and co-ordinate data and data solution trials, proof of concepts, digital strategies and analytical and insight studies, etc. Provide technical & strategic expertise in preparation of client bids, proposals, RFI responses & RFP response Innovation & Strategy Product development - assist the Product Teams with product strategy, feeding in personal insights, industry best practice, & voice of customer recommendations on future priorities and strategies. Contribute to longer term strategic business planning & product development for TransUnion Accountable for the delivery of applicable commercial targets relating to your clients and the TransUnion UK Credit business
