The world’s most advanced networks rely on CommScope connectivity Job Title : Coordinator, Recruiting Location:-Hyderabad General Summary : The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the administration and support of the recruitment process for our APAC and NAR (US) recruitment teams. Primary Responsibilities include building strong relationships with HR and internal hiring managers as well as generating offer letters, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-interview activities, tracking staffing invoices and general data entry as required. Duties & Responsibilities : Assist candidates with the application processes and questions. Assist and liaise with customers regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes. Arrange interviews, to be conducted in person, via phone or video conference. Facilitate background investigations of new hires and monitor results. Communicate background variance information and kick off adverse action process, if necessary. Coordinate candidate travel arrangements. Keep candidates informed of the process, next steps and provide timely feedback on their applications. Generate and send offer letters/packages and other new hire documents. Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and forward required documentation to appropriate parties. Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated. Manage Customer Satisfaction Survey tool and generate reports. Create weekly staffing reports for distribution. Kick off on boarding activities. Provide other miscellaneous duties as required by management. Qualification : Preferably Bachelor’s in Business Administration Education : Preferably 1 years of related experience Skills Required : Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computers, relevant and applicable client/service application is required along with a strong understanding of HR/staffing policies is preferred. Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required. Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred (Success Factors, Taleo, etc.) Motivation, strong communication, commitment to quality, action oriented, problem solving, and customer service skills is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Willingness to adjust schedule, as needed. Commscope is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
