About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Commercial Analyst to support revenue planning, forecasting, and execution for our International GTM teams (EMEA, APAC & India) in a primarily consumption-based revenue model.
This role will serve as the analytical and operational backbone for international regional sales leaders, turning data into insights, ensuring forecasting rigor and predictability of consumption revenue, partnering with international leaders to drive pipeline health, and supporting execution against our global revenue strategy.
You will partner cross-functionally across GTM, Finance, and Marketing to drive data-backed decisions, surface performance trends, and ensure transparency into international business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Planning & Forecasting
Support consumption-based revenue forecasting models in partnership with FP&A, Sales, and Product
Maintain forecast models and identify key drivers, risks, and upside opportunities
Partner with Finance to ensure alignment across bookings, revenue, and headcount plans
Support annual quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning for International teams (In concert with the RevOps VC Planning team)
Support development of the annual and quarterly revenue plan for International markets
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reviews across pipeline, bookings, retention.
Analyze pipeline velocity, conversion, and funnel trends across subregions regions, segments, and verticals
Develop insights on product, geo, customer cohort, and market performance
Support forecast calls, sales leadership reviews, and GTM performance cadences
Commercial Execution Support
Monitor execution against International revenue plan and identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
Provide analytical support for field enablement, territory adjustments, and campaign prioritization
Drive data quality discipline and CRM hygiene across international sales teams
Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as the primary RevOps partner to International GTM leaders
Work closely with Finance, Sales Ops, Systems, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment
Help establish global standards while enabling local market nuance
Required Skills & Experience
3–6+ years' experience in RevOps, Commercial Finance, Sales Analytics, Strategy, or Consulting
Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to build models and dashboards from scratch
Experience supporting sales or commercial teams, ideally internationally
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc)
Strong Excel / SmartSheets skills;
Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights and executive narratives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC commercial teams
Understanding of consumption-based or hybrid revenue models a plus
Ability to navigate time zones and support global stakeholders
