Monitor competitor performance and strategy to modify marketing and sales plan to protect and grow competitive advantage
Retain and grow business from existing customers to achieve targeted sales revenue
Regular updates on actual performance and provide insights to management on the Customer/Client movement. Insights based on interaction with the customers.
Responsible for:(a) Customer Service for existing customers, (b) Technical help desk for all customers co-ordination between SD and Client
Continuously review process and suggest improvements from Customer point of view and for making Customer experience better
