Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities BRANDING Supporting the TA leader and working closely with Marcom and the Customer success team of social media platforms to create an Employer brand. Focused campaigns to establish Sterlite Power as the Employer of Choice internal and external for India and other International locations. As a Program Manager, the incumbent is expected to remain focus on Customer Success. Advise and consult BU recruiters in methods and ways to achieve their Talent and Social Media Branding Goals. UNIVERSITY RELATIONS - As a Campus Recruitment lead is responsible for developing and executing Campus recruitment strategies for Sterlite Power. These strategies include enhancing the prospective and full-time student experiences in addition to partnering with Human Resources and line of business colleagues in order to acquire the best talent.She/he will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted premier colleges/universities and managing the campus recruitment and selection process for those schools. Additionally, this person will be responsible for the management of recruiting activities and events as well as marketing Sterlite Power on campus for these schools. The Campus Lead will be expected to design & deliver a process improvement initiative. Additionally, this person will support the Summer Intern Program, both in planning and execution of various program components PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Manage multiple projects Market Mapping, Automation, Internal audits other recruitment projects/programs. The Program Manager role is accountable to running and continually evolving Project Move which is a multi-disciplinary project requiring partnership from Talent Acquisition teams across BUs and Geographies. PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING - responsible for leading and optimizing process designs to improve the operational effectiveness of the COE - delivery teams, focused on uniform ways of working. TA Analytics and Metrics. VENDOR MANAGEMENT - Leverage Relationships, Create and Execute policies, processes, SLAs and ensure compliance across service providers/vendors. Managing multiple facets of Recruitment operations which include Background Checks, Offer Management, Candidate Management, and Candidate Experience through vendors.
