Constantly engage with existing customers (domestic and export) and drive business growth.? Acquire new customers (preferably non-automotive) to de-risk company’s revenue portfolio.? Improve EBITAD by incessantly focusing on cost reduction, productivity improvement and asset utilization.? Achieving targeted revenue in each plant.? Achieve mass production of new parts on-time? Drive Customer Related Performance (QCDD)? Steer TPM Initiiative leading to challenging TPM Awards.? Propose, evaluate and recommend Caplital Expenditure and Plant Explansion Activities? Identify and replace parts that are likely to be obsolete due to Technology or Customer preference.Key Performance Indicators for the Role:? Growth in EBITAD (both quantum and percentage)? Revenue Growth? Acquisition of New Customers/ New Parts from Existing Customers? Increase Ratio of Revenue from New Products.? Manpower Productivity? PQCDMS of all plants REQUIREMENTS Skills Required:? Exposure to cold forging and gear machining technology. Must have had hands on experience in running plants deploying these 2 technologies for at least 5 years.? Awareness and Appreciation of TPM concepts? Financial Literacy? Develop reportees and skip level reportees to scale their capabilities.Candidate Profile:? Educational Qualification : ME or BE and MBA? Years of Experience : About 20-25 years of experience with atleast 10 years in Automotive or Auto-components including operations and new product development.? Good communication.?
