(L9E-GAW-VTQ) Annual CTC Location Job Description Key Responsibilities: § Provides leadershipin the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-termstrategic financial objectives. § Ensurecredibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis ofbudgets, financial trends and forecasts. § Direct andoversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the firm. § Evaluates andadvises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. § Manage processesfor financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Firm § Providerecommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and businessopportunities. § Ensure thateffective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP andapplicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial andtax reporting. § Prepare andmaintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecastby division (vs. budget) § Complete analysisof financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). § Develop andmaintain capital budget § Conducting audit and Board Meeting etc. for furthering thebusiness growth in terms of revenue as well as bottom-line.
