About the Role

Lead Transition Process Governance Program activities and reporting requirements. The role requires coordination with the team to ensure workflow management, escalation management, process documentation, leading efficiency projects, supervisory support to the team while carrying out Process adherence and quality assurance reviews.


Support management of Transition process Governance
Develop deep understanding of the policies of the bank and the implementation within India and Philippines processes.

Build and maintain key process documents

Responsible for identifying and managing Risks within the program and building effective controls within the process covering risk management and compliance requirements.

Executive and leadership reporting

Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives

Conduct discussion with stakeholders to build awareness, incorporate amendments to policy into their respective processes

Help in standardization and harmonization of processes best practices across function and locations

Lead/ Support Org wide initiatives and track them to closure
Lead specific process review partnering with various Support working groups and forums as required from time to time

Reporting of process compliance status on a periodic basis

Publish reports on finding/best practices and gaps to leadership, control functions, IRM and Audit

Market Skills and Certifications

Essential Qualifications

14 - 18 Years in service delivery/Process validation/ governance /audit / Quality Assurance

Good attention to detail, results oriented, self-confident and comfortable dealing with senior managers and executives, excellent communication skills

High learning agility, learns quickly and comfortable with complexity

Excellent personal organization and self-directed; takes initiative, comfortable with moderate levels of ambiguity

Good proficiency with MS Office tools and able to organize and prepare material for executive

Ability to engage with a diverse stakeholders, senior leaders, external entities and drive consensus
Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

Ability to influence/drive changes in the organization based on policy
Good Understanding of the Global Delivery activities, Control frame work and risk identification and mitigation methods

Desired Qualifications

Governance or Risk management certifications is a plus

Strong project management skills.
