Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the Convenience Fuel Retail (CFR) Customer Funded Development budget and staffing to forecast
Monitors status of all quotes delivered to customers and help determine upcoming demand for resource capacity and financial forecast
Ensures time tracking projects are set up appropriately (Fixed Fee vs Time & Materials)
Monitors all time tracking aspects of a project: project set up criteria, any necessary reporting, opening new projects, missing time checking
Assisting with financial project reporting
Responsible for data entry into voucher tracking spreadsheet
Meets with Leadership and management monthly to review capacity demands based on forecast
Monitors monthly time tracking data, resource utilization, and financials to ensure we are staying on forecast
Provide forecast reports to professional services and engages professional services to ensure accuracy of forecast
Responsible for reviewing and understanding all monthly charges
Researches any discrepancies in forecast
Responsible for monthly cross charges between NCR organizations for each CFR customer funded project, which includes soliciting approval from Professional Services project managers.
Responsible for updating all personnel/headcount changes in Adaptive Insights budgeting tool each month
Provides Estimates to Actuals reporting for active customer funded projects and publish to leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and 6+ years of totalwork experience in a financial environment required
3-5 years of finance experience with a focus in financial planning, financial analysis and/or financial reporting
Experience developing budget/ forecast plans, and data analysis
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization globally
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply judgment and make decisions under direction of a manager
Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple changing priorities, and work under tight deadlines
Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating one’s own work
Self-driven and ability to work independently a must
Must possess advanced level Excel skills
Previous experience working with a professional services organization is a plus
Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus
Experience with SmartSheet is a plus
Ability to work minimum 4+ hours EST 7am-12pm
