Summary Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services (PILS) is part of the Partner Innovation unit within Global Partner Organization under the Customer Success board area. Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services vision is to innovate with partners to maximize customer success and mission is to provide services along the partner innovation lifecycle to accelerate market adoption of SAP and partner portfolio. PILS generates a revenue of 15 M€ annually by offering chargeable services across the innovation lifecycle for partners. The team exists in 15 countries delivering value added services to partners. The Role The role is twofold where the individual will be responsible for Business Development of SAP Partner Ecosystem for responsible PILS services and geographies and also run the project office for PILS Recruitment of partners for PILS services (refer to: https://www.sap.com/partner/certify-my-solution.html) Sustain and grow revenue for PILS Services. Program and process ownership for end to end Co-Innovated with SAP service for APJ. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of PILS services. Build and maintain relevant marketing assets. Be a key stakeholder for SAP Partner programs like Industry Cloud, Partner Edge Build and other programs. Present to partner ecosystem and in events on various topics, including PILS services. Plan and execute virtual and in-person business development related events. Role Requirement: 8-10 years of overall work experience with atleast 2-3 years working with SAP Partner Ecosystem. Ability to work in distributed teams and cross functional stakeholders. High level of expertise in presentation skills. Good understanding of SAP strategy in general and partner strategy in particular. Understanding of partner programs at SAP.
