1. To prepare feasibility study considering the DCPR and all legalities & all technical points in mind for various proposals received2. Prepare feasibility for proposals for financial point of view as well.3. To make / to put up financially viable and appropriate proposals to the management.4. To coordinate with various land owners, brokers, financial institutions, aggregators of land etc. and to identify good land parcels within Mumbai and its vicinity for the management to consider.5. To coordinate with Municipal Architects.
