Job Position : Greet and assist customers (Pharmacists) in-store by visit or over the phone. Handle customers queries, make them understand about the product, provide demonstrations, process customers purchases, maintain a healthy relationship with customers. Tasks/Responsibilities : Field work, meeting clients in person over their place. Greet and assist customers (in-person, over the phone), build good working relationships. Conduct market research for different markets to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers' needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and services. Ensure appropriate demonstrations to the customer. Negotiate/close deals with esprit. Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Communication with the seniors on a regular basis. NOTE : Candidate Age should be in 25 years . Builds business by identifying and selling prospects.Finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
