Job Description:
USRetailBankAnalytics teamisseeking result drivenanalyst to join our teamand contribute tothegoal ofbuilding profitableUSRetail Bankfor Citigroup.
Retail Analyticsteam works with senior business leadership to drive significant impact on initiatives to help build and grow the consumer business acrossdifferentareas ofRetail Bank,the core focus areas include customer acquisition,retentionand cross-sell optimization, all of which are essentialto building a sustainable and profitable customer base.

Responsibilities:
BuildTest and Learn frameworks, evaluation of Champion/Challenger Strategy,identifyingopportunities tooptimizeMarketing expense /Revenue through target/offer optimization.

Lead analytics to deepencore areasfor Retail Bank business throughdifferent analytical solutionsthat translate data into customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and clearly and effectivelycommunicateall findingsto business partners and senior leaders.

Identifydata patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

Drive enhancedROI on expenses by building andmaintainingattribution modelsfor branches.

Responsible for driving branch analytics throughuseofgeo-spatial data and advanced analytics for operational optimization of physical network and strategic planning.

May be involved in P&Ls, andresponsible for analyzing the performance of campaign, ad-hoc analytic requests, and providing recommendations for increasing campaign profitability.

Measurethe impact prior and after rolling out strategiesbyprovidingactionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions for Retail Bank products.

Analyzes external and internal customer data using Hive, Python, Excel etc. toidentifyareas of opportunity acrossacquisition,retentionandcross-sell initiatives.

CollaboratewithandadviseMarketing, Pricing and Decision Management teams todrivestrategiesthat add torevenue and growth for Retail Bank.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstratingconsiderationfor the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:
Proficiencyin data extraction and manipulationfrom large datasetsusing Python,Hive/SQL.

Strong skillsin data analysis, reporting and visualizationusing Excel.

Experience working with CRM data, customer segmentation, or campaign performance analysisis preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translatedata into business insights.

Effective communication skills for presenting finding to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with customer segmentation, lifetime value modelling, or campaign analytics is a plus

Education:
Master'sDegreein Statistics, Economics,Mathematicsand related field

3-5years ofhands-onanalytics experience preferably ina financial services environment
