Billing Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to join a leading two-wheeler automobile. The Billing Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining financial records, and providing excellent service to the customers. This position requires a strong understanding of billing procedures, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries, discrepancies, and provide necessary information.
Reconcile payments with invoices and update records accordingly.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer invoices, payments, and related documentation.
Generate regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and other relevant metrics.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or any graduate.
Freshers can also apply.
0-6 months experience in tally.
Familiarity with billing software and systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Location - Panaji, Goa.
