Essential Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Training program coordination and management 2. Map out training plans, design and develop training programs as per BeSingular Methodology and Pedagogy 3. Designing course materials/programs/codes and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises. 4. Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the session. 5. Define student workflow, establish metrics, deliverables, and other processes for measuring program progress. 6. Design a detailed training curriculum, including age group, dates/frequency, topics, and the number of hours required per course. 7. Set learning objectives for each course. 8. Creating supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packs 9. Determine evaluation criteria for during session and after a session of learning outcomes. 10. Organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees. 11. Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities) 12. Participate in facilitators' and counselors' training. 13. Assist the Program Director/CTO/COO with reporting and tracking all activities. 14. Manage student expectations, maintaining student schedules, instituting accountability measures, and addressing student motivation and performance issues, as necessary. 15. Maintain accurate and complete records of the participant's performance, attendance, and other pertinent information. 16. Serve as a student role model by modeling productive work habits, a positive attitude, and effective professional relationships. 17. Maintain confidentiality according to regulations and procedures. 18. Perform other duties as assigned Tech/Func Skills : 1. Working experience on SPARK-AR and Lens-Studio. 2. Working in a small project-oriented development team to create custom AR and VR experiences in Unity and/or Unreal Engine. 3. Setting up virtual environments for a wide range of AR or VR scenarios, depending on the project type 4. Implementing user interfaces based on mockups and storyboards. 5. Crafting intuitive user interactions for both novice and experienced users 7. Writing well-documented, reusable code in C++, C#, or other languages as necessary 8. Diagnosing, documenting, and fixing bugs reported by testers and users. 9. Using industry-standard source control and issue tracking systems (Git, Jira, Trello, etc.) Recommended Experience: BE/B.Tech/BS in Computer Science with 2 years Or M.Tech in CSE with 1 years (ref:hirist.com)
