Self-Starter, ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders, ProHires etc.
Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for bench consultants through social media -LinkedIn groups, Google groups, Facebook etc.
Should have a good understanding of all the contracts and paperwork that need to be signed from Candidate and clients pre and post interviews/placement
Should co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned parties till the position is closed.
Clear understanding of tax terms like Corp to Corp, W-2, 1099 etc.
Must be able to reach the monthly and quarterly targets.
Need to have Excellent Communication Skills.
Strong experience working with US Citizens/Green Card/EAD/H1 B/OPT/CPT consultants.
Fluent communication skills:The role requires daily coordination with team leads, sales people, account managers and candidates in the US over the call; hence a strong hold on English is mandatory.
