JOB DESCRIPTION
Process emails/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
You will be working for e-commerce(online shopping).It is basically a non-voice chat process. You have to chat with customers and solve their problems.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
Flexible to work in rotational shifts(Free cab facilities available in night shift)
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Minimum 12thStandard Any Stream / Any Stream Graduate / Post Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?20,000.00 to ?30,000.00 /month
