About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive our bank partnerships and EDC/POS sales initiatives. This role requires strategic collaboration with banking partners to facilitate seamless deployment of EDC/POS devices, while leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to meet aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, experience managing teams, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships that scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage strategicBank Tie-Upsfor EDC/POS machine deployments.
Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing team ofBusiness Development Managers (BDMs)to achieve sales and merchant onboarding targets.
Plan and implementlead generationinitiatives to ensure effective market penetration.
Drivebranch activationsand ensure achievement ofCapex revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholdersin the banking and financial services sector.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:4–7 years inSales, preferably inBankingorFinTechdomains.
Proven ability to lead and managesales teams.
Strongcommunication,presentation, andnetworkingskills.
Prior experience withEDC/POS terminals,merchant acquisition, orfinancial productsis preferred.
Results-driven with the ability to handle targets and deadlines.
