Backend - Software Engineer (Nodejs)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilledSoftware Engineer with strong Node.js experienceto join our backend engineering team inNoida. You'll be working on a high-scale platform that processes overa million transactions per day, along withtens of millions of other operationsincluding bill fetches, notifications, and reminders. Our systems are engineered to maintainfive 9s (99.999%) availability, ensuring ultra-high reliability and performance.
You will play a critical role in building and maintaining backend services that support this scale, contributing to the development of distributed, resilient systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.Build and enhance distributed systems and microservices that support our products at scale.Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless features and functionality.Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend components.Integrate and manage systems such as Kafka, Redis, or Cassandra as part of the techstack.Maintainclean, testable code and contribute to continuous integrationpipelines.Exploreand leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to boost development efficiency.

Required Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js in backend development.Exposure to distributed system architecture and microservices.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous programmingExperience working with RESTful APIs

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Java in backend or service-layercomponents.Hands-onexperience with AI-assisted developmenttools.Exposureto cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial.
