About the role:
1) You willdesign,build,scale, code, andoptimizesystems that operate atmassive transaction volumes(120 million transactions per day).
2) You'll go deep into systems thinking, microservices, caching, messaging, and scalable data architectures.
3) You'll also be encouraged toactively use AI tools(like GPT and others) in your development workflow tocode faster, smarter, and better.

What We're Looking For:
1) 3 to 6 years ofbackend developmentexperience in Java.
2) Real-world experience withhigh-TPS, large-scale systems(or a burning desire to master them).
3) Hands-on withKafka, Redis, RDBMS, anddistributed microservices architectures.
4) Exposure toAWS Cloud Infrastructureand cloud-native patterns.
5) Passion forscaling,performance tuning, andsystem optimizations.
6) Someone who loves toexperiment with AI tools(like GPT, Copilot, OpenHands) for code generation, optimization, or workflow improvement.
7) You love writing clean, efficient, production-ready code — but you are even more obsessed withsystem performance, uptime, and user impact.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
