Associate Styling:Roles and Responsibilities Understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly  Well versed with varied lighting, background set ups and overall styling language for multiple brands  Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines  Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists  Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects  Undertakes special projects and ensure end to execution of the same  Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges on-set using knowledge of visual brand  Analyzes studio productivity and develops and implements process improvements  Assists with creating training and SOP materials  Qualifications & Experience  Relevant Experience: 4 - 6 years  Behavioral Competencies Willingness to stretch  Should be a team player  Adherence to timelines  Functional Competencies  Should be up-to-date with current fashion trends  An eye for style and attention to detail  Should be able to work under high pressure without compromising on quality  Ability to generate out-of-the -box ideas to improve visual appeal of the product  Take ownership of tasks assigned and should ensure smooth functioning of the studio  Regards, Chaitra K N
