About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Associate who will be in-charge of end to end payroll processing for India and UAE.
You'll work to ensure our payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and on time. Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations. We also value integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills. Your goal will be to ensure our payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current.
Responsibilities

Responsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reports
Collating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for monthly payroll and FnF
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representative
Ensuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on time
Updating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective dates
Keeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amounts

Experience and Qualifications

Any graduate degree.
2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance & related roles catering to India and other countries
Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role (especially in a Payroll agency)
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS/ Agencies (e.g. DarwinBox, Excelity, Allsec, Ascent) and MS Office (especially Excel)
