Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Lead a team of Salesforce engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.).
- Architect and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
- Establish and enforce development standards using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops to streamline CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Dev Ops.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce security best practices including OAuth, SSO, and field-level encryption.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce configurations, platform capabilities, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Optimize platform performance through governor limit management, caching strategies, and efficient data modeling.
- Partner with
cross-functional teams
to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and transformation initiatives.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's preferred.
- Excellent
project management
skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salesforce Certified System Administrator, additional certifications strongly desired
Relevant
Work Experience:

Proven track record
of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Lead a team of Salesforce engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
- Establish and enforce development standards using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops to streamline CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Azure Dev Ops and Gearset.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce security best practices including OAuth, SSO, and field-level encryption.
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Optimize platform performance through governor limit management, caching strategies, and efficient data modeling.
- Partner with
cross-functional teams
to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and transformation initiatives.
