We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Infrastructure Operations Analyst II to join our Global Mainframe Operations team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (TN) - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Perform first level monitoring to ensure a good overall health of the Mainframe server. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the TSO mainframe computing facilities. Monitor system consoles for unusual conditions and analyze failures.Identify system operational and performance problems.Understand and able to diagnose console messages and WTOR's.Should be able to handle problems with SMF, JES2, DASD, Initiators, etc.Hands on with MVS Commands and JES2 Commands.Hands on with Shutdown / IPL procedure and HMC Activities.Provide Disaster Recovery capabilities to support all production system.
