Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Contributes to the demand review with the customer (Global Supply Chain Management) in order to identify major changes and trends (i.e. products, volumes) to be taken into account in the site's “Supply Review”. • Lead Supply Chain projects to create, implement and continuously improve core processes and standards. Establish an effective governance model for the site to review and assess regularly the SC service effectiveness and relevant adherence to the define requirements and standards (incl. KPIs). • Responsible to translate the demonstrated site process capability into accurate planning parameters (e.g. yield and BOM adjustment, TPT & TPLT review). • Act as Business Owner of Supply Chain Tools and Systems, nominate local business owners and super users to ensure governance of the processes of the unit and align the related position’s key accountabilities with global Supply Chain BPO directions and ensure local business owners. • Ensure all activities in compliance with cGxP, incl. data integrity, comply with all HSE guidelines, detect and report potential accident, risks and propose solutions. Act as a thought leader to operationalize blockchain within NTO / Novartis. Spearhead the rapid and sustainable growth and development of blockchain. • Drive blockchain strategy and initiatives to support NTO on various data & digital initiatives. Lead & drive strategic blockchain programs that will span across the organization and across industry. • Design and develop compliant solutions equipped with leading blockchain practices and standards. Drive innovation through identifying strategic business problems and developing solutions / products leveraging blockchain, data science and advance analytics. • Continuously identify relevant use cases to harvest the benefits of blockchain technologies. Collaborate with business partners to evaluate existing processes, pain points, and goals to brainstorm domains for blockchain adoption.
