Purpose of the job
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and customer account management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cash flow and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Communicate with collections regarding payment issues.
Collaborate with the internal team (ATR and Intercompany) to have good month end close.
Prepare reports on unallocated and unapplied and share with collections for further clearing details. Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits.

You Bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. (2-4 years)
Proven experience in accounts receivable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred experience in SAP for financial operations.
