Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Maintenance Manager
to oversee maintenance operations at a leading cosmetics manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and infrastructure, leading preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supporting new development and expansion initiatives. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability across the plant.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain seamless running of the facility and the equipment of the company through efficient facility management work.
Work as a repair manager, implement preventive maintenance and periodic inspections of every equipment of the plant.
Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management.
Train, guide and evaluate staff of maintenance.
Learn about new processes, procedures and equipment that are being used in industry and try to adopt relevant processes into the company's maintenance management work in new development.
Document and submit reports to the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules.
Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan.
Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal.
Collaborate with R&D for new process development, scale up etc.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
Prior experience working as a Maintenance manager.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of equipment and facilities machines.
Experience in production along with maintenance will be add on.
Candidates from Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka preferred.
Location – Kudal, Maharashtra.
