Job Summary Assistant Manager - Human Resources Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - • Responsible for developing and executing a strong sourcing strategy to achieve business requirements on a timely basis for all Businesses, Enabling and Support Functions • Ensure that self has a clear understanding of the relevant organizational structure and role requirement • Work towards creating a ready and robust talent pool for deep-geography locations. • Devise innovative methods to ensure best talent supply to the Talent Acquisition team, in minimum time • Spearhead mass-recruitment through walk-ins, recruitment drives, job fairs by leveraging Job Portals and Social Media • Manage sourcing-mix to ensure optimal utilization of resources and cost – saving for the organization • Responsible for creating and sustaining strong partnerships with suppliers, staffing partners, recruiters and hiring managers • Negotiate for best possible cost service guarantee and develop "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers. • Implement supplier agreements/contracts • Analyse and benchmark industry trends for sourcing and technologies to ensure continuity of talent supply • Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes Required Qualifications and Experience • MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management with at least 3-5 years of work experience in the Talent Acquisition domain. • Ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of sourcing and recruitment practices, with demonstrated general management capability (e.g., managing people, vendors). • Results driven and high level of professionalism, communicating effectively with other members of the team. • Should have proven stake holder and team management abilities Job Summary Assistant Manager - Human Resources Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd."
