Liaisoning with local government administration such police, Fire dept., DC, labor dept,; RICCO , etc and also apprentice recruitment and its compliance if required.
Contract Labor management and ensure labor contract compliance in place (HR Accountability)
Transport Management - Finalize contract with transporter and ensure excellent service delivery with optimum route finalization
Canteen/ Pantry Management - Finalize contract with contractor and ensure excellent service delivery of canteen facility and upkeep in collaboration with facility maintenance.
Facility Security system Establish and maintain excellent security system in collaboration HSE / facility management team.
Attendance / leave Management system with collaboration with HRBP
Housekeeping management within premises.
Hotel and travel management
Organize employee engagement events, sports etc
Prepare and align Admin budget management, track and remain within budget
Labor laws compliance under the guidance of HRBP
Support and ensure safety of all contract, canteen and housekeeping employees in collaboration of local HSE
Sense, preempt, communicate and support leadership to maintain excellent industrial relation (IR)
In touch with surrounding IR environment
Support Local CSR activity taken by organization

Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation with JD - 7-10 years of experience in executing Admin responsibility of a plant site.
