Assistant Manager(Job Number: 264670) Description Service Management Experience in IT Telco Operations environment
Incident & Service Request Handling
Execution of Recurrent Tasks and Support Monitoring, scheduling jobs and operations.
Coordination with Different teams
Needs to work in 24*7 supports.
Compliancy to internal and external guidelines, processes and policies Team performance/productivity KPIs
Hands on UNIX / Windows experience and familiarity with SQL, Relational Databases and Web Servers.
Well-versed in ITIL standards for delivery of services
Provide support during business hours as per Market to support operations.
Provide support for all tasks carried out by the First line team.
Adhere to incident management procedures.
First point of contact for the business teams.
Carry out BAU tasks across all applications.
Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
Should able to put appropriate mon itoring and alertingcapabilit ies in place for proactive systems management.
Performing problem management to permanent fix the issue
Health checks to ensure the systems are running at optimum levels
Reporting on system issues
Support Service Improvement Plan

Primary Skill, Fixed product knowledge
Functional Skill, UNIX, SQL, Shell scripting
Others Skills: Communication Skills, Knowledge of windows/Power Point/ Telecom billing domain knowledge,ITIL, Remedy tool
Must have 3-5 years of working experience in Telecom Billing Domain and Production Support.
Knowledge of ITIL Processes and Project Management methodologies.
