Please find below the job description: Job Description: - Create and manage Digital and Print designs for our marketing needs. - Managing graphic designs from concept to delivery. - Generating fresh concepts - Have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. - Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing & design projects - Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team - Attention to visual details - Good communication skills Education and Experience: - Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer/ Junior Art Director or similar role - Portfolio of completed design projects - Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Proficient in design software of the ADOBE SUITE - Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts - BFA degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field - Should have managed multiple/complex projects at the same time - Strong background in consumer insights and campaign planning and execution would be an added benefit (ref:hirist.com)
