Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in Appian BPM application development
Must have excellent knowledge of core Appian concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipeline, integrations, Web API's
Knowledge of Appian architecture and its best practices
Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
Provide technical leadership to Appian Teams and cross functional teams
Provide solutions and processes in accordance with audit initiatives and requirements and consult with Business Information Security officers (BISOs) and TISOs
Exhibit in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles and assist with training activities and mentor junior team members
Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and ability to resolve problems faced by team
Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
Perform Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services
Experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Participate in Production Deployments, Process improvements and delivery planning
Qualifications:
7-10 years of relevant experience in Implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies
At least 3 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
Certification Mandatory- L1 and L2
Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment will be a plus
Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with Enterprise level application development projects
Proficient in writing SQL and have good understanding of database concepts
Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
Good leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of software engineers technically
Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations with changing requirement
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
