Application Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities Manage the delivery of consistent high quality installation activities and enable customer success by guiding them on application and usage of the installed product Provide inputs for the creation of the Customer Success methodology including installation guidelines, resourcing, product specific guidelines, etc. to drive a standardized customer experiences Create a roadmap to farm existing customer accounts for post sale revenue such as sale of accessories, software, software upgrades, etc. Drive creation of standardized material for after sales customer education to drive better customer adoption of the products purchased Identify new areas of application of existing technologies across varied industries Experience in the Metrology Industry, preferred Roles and Responsibilities Manage the delivery of consistent high quality installation activities and enable customer success by guiding them on application and usage of the installed product Provide inputs for the creation of the Customer Skills: Service Engineer, Installation, Application Engineer, Metrology Experience: 3.00-6.00 Years
