Role Determine and execute data collection across disparate sources CRM, transactions, social, behaviour across web & app etc. Analyze data related to customer, provider, offering, transactions, operations and marketing across all digital channels web, app, social, chat etc. Bring the data to life through storytelling and data visualization. Analyze data in relational databases, external data sources and provide insights via dashboards and reports Setting up and interpreting metrics and analytics tools Build insights based on analysis and collaborate with various stakeholders to incorporate these insights Analyze web traffic and focus on increasing site traffic and optimizing conversion funnel. Drive user engagement metrics such as DAU, Stickiness, Repeat, frequency, Referrals etc. Leverage insights to increase app footprints by enhancing ASO, app store rating, SEM, PPC Design mechanisms to collect feedback existing customers in order to understand how you can make the product better, and talk to leads who didnt end up buying from you in order to understand the reasons Desired Skills and Experience At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, product marketing role with mindset of a data scientist Adept at coding with scripting languages such as R, Python Experience with one or more modelling, programming tools excel, Tableau, other BI tools etc. Strong expertise and experience with driving data analytics be it web analytics, app analytics or big data. Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, app analytics tools, web analytics Clear understanding of core sales, marketing and advertising concepts segmentation, attribution, sales funnel, acquisition, retention, Cohort, A/B testing, hypothesis driven approach etc. Good understanding of descriptive, prescriptive and predictive statistics and experience building statistical models Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation systems Has an penchant for driving growth via inbound marketingcall it growth hacking or whatever
